Homemade traditional lefse made using Great-Grandma Ingrid's handwritten recipe using all Wisconsin grown ingredients. We make them at home with non-GMO potatoes, butter, cream and flour. Potatoes are boiled and riced by hand, then mixed with butter and cream then cooled. Once the little kids are in bed, the elves come out to add flour, roll the dough and turn it onto a griddle using the family heirloom lefse stick. There are approximately 10 pieces of lefse per order. It may take up to two weeks to fulfill orders. This is a fundraiser for our children’s international travel fund, which they manage independently. Shipping NOW through February
